Can I come to you just for tech support?
Yes. Tech Support is a service in its own right. You don’t need a website or app project with Works Beautifully.
Can you support my existing website?
Send the address and tell us what needs attention. We’ll check how your website is built and what access is needed, then explain what we can help with and the cost.
Where do SEO, marketing and AI fit?
Website SEO and ongoing website support sit under Websites. Campaigns, graphics and video sit under Creative Work. AI tools, integrations and automation sit under App Development. If your needs overlap, just tell us what you want to achieve.
How quickly can you help?
Timing depends on availability and the work involved. Support hours and response expectations are agreed before starting. This is not a 24/7 emergency service. On-site work and travel costs are agreed separately.
Do I need a finished brief?
No. Start with the problem or idea. For a more complex app or AI project, we may suggest a paid planning stage to check what is possible and estimate the work. We’ll explain and agree any planning costs with you first.
