Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

Return for refund requests must be made within 14 days of the item being received.  Returns should be sent within 14 days of the return notice, and are to be made at your own cost. We recommend sending returns via a tracked service with proof of postage. If your item was damaged in transit, a return is not necessary for a replacement for refund. Please include photos of the item and packaging if it has been damaged with your email and send to info@worksbeautifully.co.uk


Refunds

Once your email is received, we will reply to notify you that we have received your email and our decisions on our approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at worksbeautifully@icloud.com.

Shipping

Standard shipping costs are included in your refund. If you upgraded shipping, then the refund will only include standard shipping costs.
