All orders will be shipped before I go on maternity leave. Please check your order page in your Etsy account to see when it was shipped. ................................. My order hasn’t arrived. Please allow 2 weeks for UK orders and 8 weeks for international orders. COVID and Brexit are affecting delivery times so please be patient. I can’t tell you where your order is if you didn’t purchase tracking so please do not email until the time frames stated have been reached. ................................. My order arrived damaged. ................................. Please email me with your order number or the full name on the order and pictures of the damage including pictures of the packaging. I will then refund your order as I will not be sending replacements while I am off.
